Job description Responsibilities
Maintaining a positive, emphatic and professional attitude toward customers at all times; ■ Responding promptly to customer inquiries; ■ Communicating with customer through various channels; ■ Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints; ■ Product-knowledge to support customer; ■ Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints; ■ Inter-departmental collaboration; ■ Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process;
Qualifications The skills we are looking for
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment ■ Great communication skills & active listener; ■ Experience in direct Customer communication; ■ Native English/German; ■ University degree (preferable) ■ Performance-driven; ■ Experience in software sales a plus.
