Job description
As a Customer Success Advisor you will provide support to the clients of the company.

Depending on the project you will have different responsibilities:


  • Booking management (altering, cancelling or creating new reservations)
  • Advising customers on the services we provide on the phone or by email
  • Managing the reservations back-office (ticket issuing, modification and cancellation of reservations)
  • Post-sales service (litigation and compensation management)
  • Handling and management the administrative process (invoicing, written communication, travel documents)


  • Offering information, solutions and counselling to customers regarding the company’s services
  • Registering contacts and client information according to the work procedures
  • Compliance with company regulations for Data Protection and Information Security
  • Maintaining positive customer relationships through a responsible treatment of each contact
  • Achievement of the performance targets defined by the project

  • Contract with the company

We are looking for a professional with the following qualifications, experience and skills:


  • Fluent or native in German (min C1) with a good command of English (B2)
  • Advanced IT skills (MS Office Package, Email Social Media)


  • Experience in customer contact is a plus
